HEATING CARD FAILURE

  • Description of the problem:

    The Apisolis beeps red when in use after the ignition sequence.

  • Diagnostic:

    Check the height of the two pins and their spring effect.

  • Resolution:

    Change the contactor card

  • Temporary resolution:

    Straighten the resistance contactors to make contact.

    Place a small piece of aluminum foil in the hollow of the resistance, making contact with the pin of the card which does not rise.

CONTROLLER CARD FAILURE

  • Description of the problem:

    No LED light when charging.

  • Diagnostic:

    1. Open the case.
    2. Disconnect the battery for 24 hours.
    3. Observe the electronic card for any traces of defective components.
    4. Connect the electronic card to the USB (Always battery disconnected)

    Do you hear a slight beep?

    • If YES, continue to step 5
    • If NO, replace the driver board.

    5. Still USB plugged in, connect the battery.

    • If the battery charges: problem solved
    • If NOT, change the controller card


  • Resolution:

    Change the controller card.

BATTERY FAILURE

  • Description of the problem:

    The LED flashes red or orange even after several hours of charging, possibly irregular LED flashing.

    The LED does not light up and the Apisolis emits a slight beep while charging.

  • Resolution:

    Change the battery.
