Problem: My Apisolis beeps red when I turn it on, even though it’s charged.
Diagnosis : Check the height of the two pins and their spring effect.
Temporary solution: You can straighten the contactors on the coil to make contact. You can also place a small piece of aluminium foil in the hollow of the coil, making contact with the pin on the card that is not remounting.
Solution : change the contactor card.
Problem: The LED light doesn’t turn on when I charge my Apisolis.
Diagnosis : Check the state of the controller card and its operation.
Open the case. Disconnect the battery for 24 hours. Inspect the circuit board for any signs of a faulty component. Connect the circuit board to the USB port (with the battery still disconnected).
Do you hear a faint beep?
If YES, proceed to step 5. If NO, replace the control board.
5. With the USB connection still active, reconnect the battery.
If the battery charges: problem solved!
If NO, replace the driver board
Solution : change the controller card.
Problem: The LED flashes red or orange even after charging for several hours, there is possibly irregular flashing of the LED.
Diagnosis : The battery needs replacing.
Temporary solution: No temporary solution available at the moment.
Solution : change the battery.
Problem: The LED does not light up and the Apisolis emits a slight beep during charging.
Diagnosis : The battery needs replacing.
Temporary solution: No temporary solution available at the moment.
Solution : change the battery.
